GAEB-Online 2025 is the latest version of our popular GAEB software. With the new version you can create your tenders even more simply and affordably. Operation is very easy and intuitive.
Work on GAEB tenders with the Office programs you already know – Microsoft Excel, Word, OpenOffice or LibreOffice. Our solutions let you quickly and easily prepare your bids in the Office environment. The software is compatible with any common Office suite and processes GAEB 90, GAEB 2000 and GAEB DA XML 3.3. With the add-ons you can create measurements and invoices, or fill in the EFB forms 221 and 223 based on a GAEB file.
GAEB-Online 2025 is a first-class Windows software developed for GAEB data exchange in the construction industry. With GAEB-Online 2025 you can create tenders and bills of quantities quickly and easily in Excel. Using the add-ons you can also produce measurements and invoices directly in Excel or fill in the EFB 221 and EFB 223 price sheets directly in Microsoft Excel. GAEB-Online 2025 – single user
With our solution GAEB-Online 2025 you can work on GAEB tenders directly in MS Word® or MS Excel®. Capture bid prices and submit offers in the GAEB DA84 format. It processes GAEB 90, GAEB 2000 and GAEB DA XML 3.3 in exchange phases 81–86.
Excel files can be converted directly into a GAEB format.
GAEB-Online 2025 – USB
For the office and on the move: GAEB-Online 2025 USB ships on a USB stick and runs directly from the stick – no installation on the host computer is required.
GAEB-Online 2025 – TS (terminal server)
Dedicated version GAEB-Online 2025 TS for Windows Server 2019 or later with RDP. Consists of the application and a licence-management service, both installed on the terminal server.
The server should have at least 2 GB RAM plus 1 GB per user. Sufficient RDS licences are required.
AI Price Navigator for GAEB-Online 2025
AI-assisted add-on to support bid calculation. Fully integrated into GAEB-Online – it stores bid prices in an in-house AI price database and automatically suggests prices for new tenders.
GAEB-X31 generator
Professional Excel template that, combined with GAEB-Online 2025, generates a GAEB-X31 file from the quantities of a bill of quantities – without manually assigning sheet numbers or entering calculation formulas.
Excel measurement
Add-on for creating measurements with free formulas according to REB 23.003. The GAEB BoQ is transferred to an Excel template, which produces DA11 or GAEB-X31 files as well as an invoice that can be submitted as GAEB X89.
Excel measurement XRechnung
Like Excel measurement, but with an extended invoice feature: the Excel template produces an invoice as a GAEB X89 or XRechnung 3.0 with an embedded PDF for the client.

A Microsoft Excel invoice template for creating XRechnung files easily – simple and inexpensive. GAEB-Online 2025 is not required for this template.
Excel EFB calculation
Add-on for filling in EFB forms 221 and 223 based on an initial calculation. The GAEB BoQ is exported as an initial calculation, from which the EFB 221 and EFB 223 price sheets are filled in automatically.
Excel EFB reverse calculation
Fills in EFB forms 221 and 223 based on an existing GAEB BoQ with prices. The prices are split retrospectively into cost categories; from these, EFB 221 and EFB 223 are filled in automatically.

What GAEB-Online 2025 is NOT
With GAEB-Online 2025 you can change the quantities, units and short and long texts for existing items in a GAEB file.
However, GAEB-Online 2025 is NOT an AVA programme.
With GAEB-Online 2025 you cannot change the item numbers, the item types or any item references inside a GAEB file. You also cannot delete items or sections from the BoQ. If you want to change these fields – and therefore the complete structure of a GAEB file – this can be done in part by importing an Excel file. Our solutions do not create an automatic price comparison (i.e. no bid comparison). Our add-ons for measurement and quantity calculation are also primarily intended for creating measurements – less for checking them.

Notes on the add-ons
All add-ons always require a licensed version of GAEB-Online 2025, GAEB-Online 2025 USB or GAEB-Online 2025 TS, plus Microsoft Excel® 2019 or higher. Please note that the VBA macros in our add-ons are fully supported only in Microsoft Excel for Windows. Running them in Excel for macOS or in web-based Excel versions is generally not possible.
