Excel© or OpenOffice©

GAEB-Online 2023 converts an Excel or OpenOffice table into a GAEB file and displays it as a GAEB XML file in X80 format. From there, the file can be saved via GAEB-Online 2023 in any other required GAEB format of the exchange phases D81 to D86, as GAEB 90, GAEB 2000 or GAEB DA XML.

Besides Excel©, files from OpenOffice or LibreOffice in *.ods format can of course also be converted into a GAEB format.

Simple conversion

When converting data, the user is supported by an import assistant in GAEB-Online 2023. It allows to import the data from Excel© with different options in three steps. The conversion into the GAEB format is done automatically by GAEB-Online 2023.
