Make sure that you have a current and suitable printer driver forprint preview and print output.
If, for example, you have activated a label printer or a fax printer as the default printer or even a broken printer driver in Windows, it will probably not be possible to print out and thus also not to print a preview. Also the margin settings and page sizes of the print preview or printout may not be correct then. Sometimes problems also occur with certain PDF printer drivers or plotter drivers that cannot process fonts and page sizes correctly or not at all.
